familywise error rate in clinical trials. Graphical MCPs
include many commonly used procedures as special cases; see
Bretz et al. (2011) <doi:10.1002/bimj.201000239>, Lu (2016)
<doi:10.1002/sim.6985>, and Xi et al. (2017)
<doi:10.1002/bimj.201600233>. This package is a low-dependency
implementation of graphical MCPs which allow mixed types of
tests. It also includes power simulations and visualization of
graphical MCPs.

<r:package>graphicalMCP</r:package><r:version>0.3.0.9000</r:version><r:status>success</r:status><r:repository>https://openpharma.r-universe.dev</r:repository><r:upstream>https://github.com/openpharma/graphicalmcp</r:upstream><r:article><r:source>graph-examples.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>graph-examples.html</r:filename><r:title>Common multiple comparison procedures illustrated using graphicalMCP</r:title><r:created>2024-01-23 20:28:26</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-21 16:38:48</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>graphicalMCP.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>graphicalMCP.html</r:filename><r:title>Get started</r:title><r:created>2024-01-23 20:28:26</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-21 16:38:48</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>glossary.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>glossary.html</r:filename><r:title>Glossary</r:title><r:created>2024-01-23 20:28:26</r:created><r:modified>2024-02-12 21:28:07</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>closed-testing.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>closed-testing.html</r:filename><r:title>Graphical multiple comparison procedures based on the closure principle</r:title><r:created>2024-01-23 20:28:26</r:created><r:modified>2024-06-04 16:12:16</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>group-sequential-testing.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>group-sequential-testing.html</r:filename><r:title>Group Sequential Design with Graphical Approaches</r:title><r:created>2026-08-21 16:38:48</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-26 19:55:34</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>internal-validation.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>internal-validation.html</r:filename><r:title>Power simulations using multiple approaches for internal validation</r:title><r:created>2025-05-06 21:52:56</r:created><r:modified>2025-05-06 21:52:56</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>shortcut-testing.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>shortcut-testing.html</r:filename><r:title>Sequentially rejective graphical multiple comparison procedures based on Bonferroni tests</r:title><r:created>2024-01-23 20:28:26</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-21 16:38:48</r:modified></r:article><r:article><r:source>gsd-validation.Rmd</r:source><r:filename>gsd-validation.html</r:filename><r:title>Validation of Group Sequential Functions Against gsDesign and rpact</r:title><r:created>2026-08-21 16:38:48</r:created><r:modified>2026-08-21 16:38:48</r:modified></r:article>
